Tours 4 Tips is happy to offer internships at their Santiago office to young, enthusiastic, hard-working people who have an interest in the tourism industry. Applicants can be Chileans or foreigners but all should have the ability to communicate in Spanish at a minimum intermediate level.
Internships can be in a variety of areas such as marketing, promotion, public relations, and operations.
If you have any specific skills that you are good at, but not might know how they could be helpful to a small tourism business, just let us know (do you blog really well, take pictures semi-professionally, are you particularly funny, know how to edit videos, train street dogs, juggle, bake cookies, etc… you never know how weird talents can help small companies).

Primary Responsibilities:▪ Social Media work (Facebook, twitter, Instagram), WordPress management, blog posting.
▪ Marketing tasks (promotion work in hotels, hostels).
▪ Work reception area, Customer service, help customers from all over the world with tour reservations and bike rentals.
▪ Administration work (stats, accounting).
▪ Guide Assistance (Go in tours to assist with customers and assist guide).
Requirements:Ideal candidates will have the following:
▪ Must speak and write fluently in English or Spanish, ideally both but not requirement.
▪ Advanced PC/Mac/Google Drive skills.
▪ Experience with at least one special skill (i.e. photography, video, WordPress, copyeditting, SEO, adwords, analytics… we are open to ideas).
▪ Experience in customer service.
Schedule:Monday –Thursday: 8:30am-6pm. Friday: 8:30am–1pm.
We are looking for someone committed to being punctual, responsible, neat, organized and proactive, as well as contributing to the eco-friendly, fun and tight-knit culture of our team!
Tareas:▪ Trabajar en la recepción y atender al cliente local y extranjero en persona, por teléfono o por email.
▪ Gestionar reservas de tours y arriendo de bicicletas.
▪ tareas de administración.
▪ Apoyo en coordinación de actividades y nuevos proyectos.
Requisitos:▪ Perfecto manejo de idioma español hablado y escrito y deseable de idioma Inglés.
▪ Educación y capacitación: Enseñanza Media Completa.
▪ Experiencia: Deseable en Servicio al Cliente.
▪ Habilidades y Conocimientos Específicos: Puntual, Responsable, Organizado, Proactivo, y que comparta la buena onda de nuestro equipo.
▪ Deseables competencias en el uso de software Adobe e internet.
Horario:5 días a la semana, uno de ellos debe ser fin de semana. El día laboral empieza a la 8:30am y termina a las 6:30pm, con una hora para el almuerzo.

Sophie de Cordoue: “For three months in 2015, I was a trainee at Tours 4 Tips where i worked mostly on Social Media Marketing and Public Relations.
